Retail Sales Tax Act definition

Retail Sales Tax Act means the Retail Sales Tax Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. R.31, as amended;

If the context requires, Retail Marijuana includes Retail Marijuana Concentrate and Retail Marijuana Product.
