Retail Portfolio definition

Retail Portfolio has the meaning set out in the recitals.
Retail Portfolio means all Excluded Properties and all other Properties owned directly or indirectly by the Company or any Subsidiary of the Company, except for Midtown Row.

  • Initial Portfolio means the initial portfolio of Receivables, comprising Eligible Assets, purchased by the Guarantor from the Seller pursuant to the Master Loans Purchase Agreement.

  • Originators have the meaning set forth in the Purchase and Sale Agreement, as the same may be modified from time to time by adding new Originators or removing Originators, in each case with the prior written consent of the Administrative Agent.
