Retail Hotel Segments definition

Retail Hotel Segments means hotel room Segments generated by the Priceline Group through a Retail system or process. However, notwithstanding anything in this Amendment to the contrary, reservations for hotel rooms generated through Travelweb by means of a Retail system or process, irrespective of the entity or URL from which such reservations are generated, shall not be considered “Segments” or “Retail Hotel Segments” for purposes of this Amendment and shall be excluded from all terms of the Subscriber Entity Agreement, including this Amendment.

  • Retail Store – means any business facility that sells goods directly to the consumer whether for or not-for-profit, including, but not limited to, retail stores, restaurants, pharmacies, convenience and grocery stores, liquor stores, as well as seasonal and temporary businesses.

  • Retail food establishment means an operation that sells or offers to sell food directly to a consumer. Retail food establishment includes both a retail grocery and a food service establishment but does not include a food processing plant.

  • Retail location means a facility listed under NFPA 1124, 7.1.2.

  • Capital Equipment means machinery and equipment purchased or leased, and used in this state by the purchaser or lessee primarily for manufacturing, fabricating, mining, or refining tangible personal property to be sold ultimately at retail if the machinery and equipment are essential to the integrated production process of manufacturing, fabricating, mining, or refining. Capital equipment also includes machinery and equipment used primarily to electronically transmit results retrieved by a customer of an online computerized data retrieval system.

  • Hotel Site means the real property on which the Hotel is located or to be located, as approved by us.

  • Casino means a casino as defined in section 1 of the KwaZulu-Natal Gaming and Betting Act, 2010 (Act No. 8 of 2010);

If the context requires, Retail Marijuana includes Retail Marijuana Concentrate and Retail Marijuana Product.

  • Franchise Area means the present legal boundaries of the City as of the Effective Date, and shall also include any additions thereto, by annexation or other legal means as provided in this Agreement.
