Retail Fast-Food Restaurant Business definition

Retail Fast-Food Restaurant Business means any restaurant which either does not offer waiter or waitress table service or which has a drive-thru or walk-up service window.

If the context requires, Retail Marijuana includes Retail Marijuana Concentrate and Retail Marijuana Product.

  • food business means any undertaking, whether for profit or not and whether public or private, carrying out any of the activities related to any stage of production, processing and distribution of food;

  • Business Centre means each of the places so specified in the relevant Pricing Supplement.

  • Bulk transfer/terminal system means the motor fuel distribution system consisting of refineries, pipelines, marine vessels, and terminals. Motor fuel in a refinery, pipeline, terminal, or a marine vessel transporting motor fuel to a refinery or terminal is in the bulk transfer/terminal system.
