In the event that Purchaser shall reasonably determine that any items returned are broken, damaged or unable to be sold as new (such items “Damaged Goods”), Seller shall indemnify Purchaser for the Full Retail Cost of such items and upon return of any Damaged Goods to Purchaser, Purchaser shall deliver the Damaged Goods to Seller at Seller’s expense.
