For purposes of determining Tenant’s Pro Rata Share, and as used throughout Exhibit B of this Lease, the “Building” shall mean, collectively, the West Tower, the Retail Concourse and the East Tower, it being understood and agreed that all of the foregoing buildings, collectively, are treated as a single building for purposes of obtaining or providing services or otherwise determining Expenses and/or Taxes.
