Results Data definition

Results Data as defined in clause 3.1.1 of this MTA.
Results Data means answers, scores, results and other information collected or derived from Participants taking Assessment Content. Results Data excludes Assessment Content.
Results Data means the results, data, methods, solution models, machines, equipment, software, substances or other similar data or parts thereof, regardless of whether they are protected or may be protected by immaterial rights. Product means a product, device, software, prototype or other material and/or service product to be tested, which is specified in the Development Plan. Provider means a legal person of the 6Aika HIPPA Well-Being and Better Service Housing through Digitalisation project who has been marked as Provider in the offer or in the agreement.

Examples of Results Data in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the Applicant shall not be required to destroy Results Data or Other Data subject to the provisions of this MTA being complied with.

  • Results Data: the data generated and derived by the Applicant, other than any Assay Data, which underlie the Results.

  • Customer may retain Results Data in the OnDemand Service after termination or expiry of its license to use Assessment Content.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the Collaborator shall not be required to destroy Results Data or Other Data subject to the provisions of this MTA being complied with.

  • If Results Data retention results in any retention of elements of Assessment Content question wording or choices, such elements of Assessment Content remain the exclusive property of Licensor, may not be used by Customer other than directly with retained Results Data and shall remain Confidential Information of Licensor.

  • It is possible to use the OnDemand Service to report on Results Data without including Assessment Content.

  • The Company has the right to inspect publications including Results Data.

  • Subject always to the restriction in clause 3.7, UK Biobank confirms that it shall have no rights or licence to the IPRs in relation to any inventions made by the Applicant as a result of using the Materials, Results Data, Findings or Other Data (“Applicant-Generated Inventions”).

  • The OnDemand Service may be used to report on Results Data without including Assessment Content.
