Restructured City Loan has the meaning set forth in Paragraph K of the Recitals.

  • Structured settlement annuity means an annuity purchased in order to fund periodic payments for a plaintiff or other claimant in payment for or with respect to personal injury suffered by the plaintiff or other claimant.

  • Principal Facility means the real property, fixtures, machinery and equipment relating to any facility owned by the Company or any Subsidiary, except for any facility that, in the opinion of the Board of Directors, is not of material importance to the business conducted by the Company and its Subsidiaries, taken as a whole.

  • Pool 1 Mortgage Loans Any Mortgage Loan in Pool 1.

  • Matured Vehicle as of any date means any Leased Vehicle the related Lease of which has reached its Maturity Date or has been terminated in connection with a Lessee Initiated Early Termination (and the Lessee is not in default under such Lease) or in connection with a Casualty Termination, which Leased Vehicle has been returned to the Servicer on behalf of the Titling Trust, if applicable.
