RESTRICTED MERCHANT means a third party merchant (excluding [*] as of the Closing) which is principally known as a seller of [*]. For the avoidance of doubt, the term "Restricted Merchant" does not include [*] dealers recruited or engaged by [*] to participate in the [*] service, or any retailer of [*] notwithstanding that they may sell [*].
