Restricted Cash Account definition

Restricted Cash Account means the account on the consolidating balance sheet of the Borrower related solely to redemption settlement assets of Loyalty Management’s “Air Miles Program.”
Restricted Cash Account means the account established and maintained pursuant to the Deposit Agreement.
Restricted Cash Account. This term shall have the meaning set forth in Section 306 of this Indenture.
