restrict access or “restriction of access” means the right to manage restrict access to a public place in terms of an authorization granted in terms of section 17 of this By-law, but does not include the right to prohibit access to such public place, whether vehicular or pedestrian. “the Act” means the Gauteng Rationalisation of Local Government Affairs Act, 1998 (Act 10 of 1998);

  • Direct access means access to a patient or resident or to a patient's or resident's property, financial information, medical records, treatment information, or any other identifying information.
