Restoration Costs definition

Restoration Costs has the meaning set forth in Section 5.06(a).
Restoration Costs means the cost to repair or restore (as reasonably determined by an architect or engineer selected by Seller and approved by Purchaser, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed) the damage to the Building caused by a fire or other casualty, exclusive of the cost of any such repair or restoration for which Seller, as the landlord under any Lease, is not responsible.
Restoration Costs means the actual, reasonable and necessary costs “You” incur to replace, restore, or re-create “Your” “Digital Assets” to the level or condition at which they existed prior to sustaining any “Loss”. If such “Digital Assets” cannot be replaced, restored or recreated, then “Restoration Costs” will be limited to the actual, reasonable and necessary costs “You” incur to reach this determination. “Restoration Costs” do not include:

More Definitions of Restoration Costs

Restoration Costs means reasonable and necessary costs and expenses you incur, with our prior written consent:
Restoration Costs means reasonable and necessary costs incurred by the Insured with the Insurer’s written consent, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed, to repair, replace or restore real or personal property to substantially the same condition it was in prior to being damaged during work performed in the course of incurring Clean-Up Costs. However, such Restoration Costs shall not exceed the net present value of such property prior to incurring Clean- Up Costs. Restoration Costs do not include costs associated with improvements or betterments.
Restoration Costs has the meaning provided in Section 10.03(b).
Restoration Costs shall have the meaning specified in Section 4.29 hereof.
Restoration Costs means all costs reasonably anticipated to be incurred to perform any restoration, repair or removal work required to be performed by the lessee under the applicable Head Lease at the end of the term of such Head Lease.
