Restaurant Revenue definition

Restaurant Revenue means the monthly basic service revenue and the ------------------ monthly revenue derived from recurring bulk arrangements for premium services (excluding installation fees, service call fees, additional outlet fees, decoder rentals, late fees, returned check fees and fees for premium or "pay" services other than premium services that are incorporated in the regular, monthly programming purchased by a Restaurant Subscriber), received from Restaurant Subscribers.

Examples of Restaurant Revenue in a sentence

  • JoePC shall pay the City as Participation Rent for the Restaurant the amount determined by multiplying Gross Restaurant Revenue for that same Generation Month by the appropriate percentage shown upon Exhibit I in relation to the total Gross Restaurant Revenue for the applicable Rental Year.

  • Participation Rent shall be computed in two parts simultaneously paid, one part based upon Gross Hotel Revenue and one part based upon Gross Restaurant Revenue.

  • In the event that in any period there is not sufficient Restaurant Revenue after payment of all Restaurant Costs for (a) CNL to retain the Required CNL Return on its total CNL Investment, and (b) CNL to pay to Main St. the Main St. Management Fees, then the Required CNL Return and the Main St. Management Fees shall only be paid prorata, in proportion to the respective dollar amounts of each sum payable to each party prior to any deferral hereunder, from available cash.

  • JoePC shall cause its record keepers to promptly cooperate with the City to answer and resolve any questions the City may have regarding the computation of preliminary Participation Rent, but JoePC shall not be obligated to make public the amount, calculation or supporting documentation for the amount or calculation of Gross Hotel Revenue, the Occupancy Rate, the Average Daily Rate or Gross Restaurant Revenue.
