Restaurant Records definition

Restaurant Records means evidence of each restaurant transaction, and all financial, marketing, and other operating aspects of the Restaurant, and all evidence and records with respect to customers, employees, and other service professionals relating the Restaurant including, without limitation, all databases in print, electronic or other form, including all names, addresses, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, customer purchase records, and all other records contained in the database, and all other records created and maintained by Franchisee in operation of the Restaurant.

  • Client Records has the meaning set forth in Section 3.14.
