Restaurant Personnel definition

Restaurant Personnel means Restaurant Management and the Employees who work at or for the Restaurants.
Restaurant Personnel means all individuals performing services in the name of the Restaurant at the Restaurant and Banquet Space, whether such individuals are employed by the Restaurant or by a contractor providing labor to the Restaurant.

  • Except as set forth on Schedule 3.15, no Restaurant Personnel is a party to any employment agreement with the Seller Group.

  • Except as set forth on Schedule 3.15, the Seller Group is not a party to any Contract or legally binding policy or practice that requires it to pay termination or severance pay to any Restaurant Personnel.
