Restaurant building definition

Restaurant building means the building in which a restaurant is located within the Heritage District.

  • Franchisee shall also insure the Restaurant building and other improvements, equipment, signs, interior and exterior decor items, furnishings and fixtures, and any additions thereto, in accordance with standard fire and extended coverage insurance policies then in effect for similar businesses.

  • The Applicant shall not store goods, materials, equipment and similar objects outside of the Restaurant building, and shall not store any goods, materials, equipment or similar objects between the Restaurant building and the Harbor Walk.

  • Premises: The whole of the Land including the Sizzler Restaurant building and other improvements constructed on the Land.

  • Concessionaire shall clean and maintain the portion of the cutwalk-between the ▇▇▇▇▇ & Wollensky Restaurant building and the Concession Area, which shall include, without limitation, daily cleaning, litter control, and pressure cleaning (as per the minimum specifications provided by the City in Exhibit 10.2 hereto) and shall be subject to the infraction schedule as set forth in Exhibit “G” of the Lease Agreement.

  • Furthermore, Concessionaire shall in no manner use the Concession Area, or the ▇▇▇▇▇ & Wollensky Restaurant building, as an outdoor entertainment or open-air entertainment establishment, and hereby acknowledges that such uses are prohibited (whether as main or accessory uses).

  • Office Building (Premises), means a building or premises or part thereof whose sole or principal use is for an office or for office purposes or clerical work. "Office purposes" includes the purpose of administration, clerical work, handling money, telephone, telegraph and computer operation; and "clerical work" includes writing, book-keeping, sorting papers typing, filing, duplicating, punching cards or tapes, machines calculations, drawing of matter for publication and editorial preparation of matter for publication.

  • The Building means any building of which the Property forms part.
