Franchisee shall also insure the Restaurant building and other improvements, equipment, signs, interior and exterior decor items, furnishings and fixtures, and any additions thereto, in accordance with standard fire and extended coverage insurance policies then in effect for similar businesses.
For the term of this Agreement, Franchisee, at its sole cost and expense, shall maintain the Restaurant and the Location, including, but not limited to, the Restaurant building, the Location and parking lot, equipment, decor, furnishings, fixtures, wares, utensils, supplies, and inventory, in good working order and condition and in compliance with all laws.
