Restated Agreement Date definition

Restated Agreement Date means the date set forth as such on the signature ----------------------- pages hereof, which date is the date the executed copies of this Agreement, as amended and restated, were delivered by all parties hereto and, accordingly, this Agreement, as amended and restated, became effective.
