Responsive maintenance means maintenance Work required to correct items that no longer function properly. This type of urgent and minor non- urgent maintenance covers situations such as plumbing and electrical problems, broken glass, etc. This type of maintenance is primarily carried out to ensure the health, safety, security and comfort of occupants.
