Responsible Representatives definition

Responsible Representatives means (a) in the case of any transaction in which the value of any assets disposed of or received have a value of less than $5,000,000 or in which payments made are less than $5,000,000, the chief executive officer, chief financial officer or chief operating officer of the Company, and (b) in the case of any other transaction, the Board of Directors of the PC Advisory General Partner.

In determining whether a Bidder is a Responsible Bidder, the Agency may consider various factors including, but not limited to, the Bidder’s competence and qualifications to provide the goods or services requested, the Bidder’s integrity and reliability, the past performance of the Bidder relative to the quality of the goods or services offered by the Bidder and the best interest of the Agency and the State.

  • Authorised Authority Representative means the Authority representative named in CCN as authorised to approve agreed Variations to the Contract.
