Responsible Officer of the Company definition

Responsible Officer of the Company means any Senior Financial Officer and any other officer of the Company with responsibility for the administration of the relevant portion of the matters set forth in the Indenture as supplemented and amended.
Responsible Officer of the Company means the Chairman or Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, the President, any Vice-President, the Treasurer, the Controller or the Secretary of the Company.
Responsible Officer of the Company means the chief executive officer or chief financial officer of the Company. “Restricted Global Note” has the meaning set forth in Section 2.15(a).
