Responsible Customer definition

Responsible Customer means Customer who is responsible for making arrangements with Contractor to ensure Collection services are provided at Commercial Premises or Residential Premises in circumstances where a management company, homeowner association, or similar type entity arranges Collection services for such Premises. In the event of any dispute as to whether a right or obligation set forth herein is held by a Customer or a Responsible Customer, the City Manager is authorized to resolve such dispute in a manner that he/she/they determines best implements the intent of this Agreement.
Responsible Customer means a Customer that is required to provide and maintain Performance Security in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 8;

Examples of Responsible Customer in a sentence

  • Transmission Provider shall collect all applicable Transmission Enhancement Charges from each Responsible Customer on a monthly basis.

  • For purposes of this Schedule 12, where the Transmission Provider has allocated all or a portion of a Required Transmission Enhancement to a Merchant Transmission Facility, the owner of the Merchant Transmission Facility shall be the Responsible Customer with respect to such Required Transmission Enhancement, and shall pay the Transmission Enhancement Charges associated with the Required Transmission Enhancement.

  • In addition to the rates set forth in Section (1) of this Schedule and any other applicable charges, the Transmission Customer shall also pay any Transmission Enhancement Charges for which it is designated as a Responsible Customer under Schedule 12 appended to the Tariff.

  • The bidder's submission of a bid shall be taken as prima facie evidence of compliance with this section.

  • Responsible Customer ClassesWhile the CSP statute and Oregon Administrative Rules allow cost recovery by utilities, it is silent on the customer classes should contribute.

  • A Customer or other Responsible Party will be required to pay the actual costs of a Customer (or Responsible Customer, as the case may be) requested service call if the source of the problem is determined to be that party’s facilities.

Related to Responsible Customer

  • Responsible Contractor means a Contractor that has the capability in all material respects to perform the specifications of the Contract. In determining whether a Contractor is a Responsible Contractor, the Agency may consider various factors including, but not limited to, the Contractor’s competence and qualifications to provide the goods or services requested, the Contractor’s integrity and reliability, the past performance of the Contractor and the best interest of the Agency and the State.

  • Responsible Vendor means a vendor with adequate financial resources (or the ability to obtain such resources), who can comply with the delivery requirements, and who is a qualified and established firm regularly engaged in the type of business that provides the goods and/or services herein.

  • Responsible Company means, with respect to any Tax Return, the Company having responsibility for preparing and filing such Tax Return under this Agreement.

  • Responsible charge means direct control and personal supervision of engineering or surveying work.

  • Responsible Entity means Pendal Fund Services Limited ABN 13 161 249 332, AFSL 431426;

  • responsible Minister , in relation to a scheme, means the Minister to whom the administration of the relevant scheme Act is for the time being committed by the Governor;

  • Responsible adult means a parent, guardian or other adult specifically authorized by law or authorized by a parent or guardian to have custody or control of a minor.

  • Responsible Respondent means a Respondent that has the capability in all material respects to perform the scope of work and specifications of the Contract. In determining whether a Respondent is a Responsible Respondent, the Agency may consider various factors including, but not limited to, the Respondent’s competence and qualifications to provide the goods or services requested, the Respondent’s integrity and reliability, the past performance of the Respondent and the best interest of the Agency and the State.

  • Responsible Party means a public or private body or any other person which, alone or in conjunction with others, determines the purpose of and means for processing personal information, as defined in POPI.

  • Responsible Bidder means a Bidder that has the capability in all respects to perform the requirements of the Contract. In determining whether a Bidder is a Responsible Bidder, the Agency may consider various factors including, but not limited to, the Bidder’s competence and qualifications to provide the goods or services requested, the Bidder’s integrity and reliability, the past performance of the Bidder relative to the quality of the goods or services offered by the Bidder and the best interest of the Agency and the State.

  • Responsible Authority means any of the following: -

  • Responsible agency means a public agency, which proposes to carry out or approve a project, for which [a] Lead Agency is preparing or has prepared an EIR or Negative Declaration. For the purposes of CEQA, the term “responsible agency” includes all public agencies other than the Lead Agency, which have discretionary approval power over the project. (Section 15381)

  • Responsible administrative authority means, with respect to a structured settlement, any government authority vested by law with exclusive jurisdiction over the settled claim resolved by the structured settlement.

  • Responsible Offeror means an Offeror who submits a responsive proposal and who has furnished, when required, information and data to prove that his financial resources, production or service facilities, personnel, service reputation and experience are adequate to make satisfactory delivery of the services, or items of tangible personal property described in the proposal.

  • Responsible Person means any person other than the registered owner of an immovable property who is legally responsible for the payment of municipal service charges.

  • Responsible Parties means all Retailers and Customers, including Transmission Load Customers, Distribution Load Customers, DG Customers, MG Customers or agents of the foregoing;

  • Eligible Customers means non-residential electric and/or gas Customers of Ameren Illinois. Each application has different eligibility requirements for Delivery Service rates (DS# for electric, GDS# for gas) to be eligible for that program. Refer to the specific program applications to determine if your business is eligible for that application. The Ameren Illinois incentive payments are awarded only to Eligible Customers for equipment that is owned by them and installed in the Ameren Illinois service area at the location that corresponds with the Ameren Illinois account number listed in the Application. All Eligible Customers are ultimately responsible for compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

  • Responsive and Responsible Bidder means an entity or individual that has submitted a bid that conforms in all material respects to the Invitation to Bid and has the capability in all respects to fully perform the contract requirements and the integrity and reliability that will assure good faith performance. “Responsive and Responsible Vendor” means an entity or individual that has submitted a proposal, reply, or response that conforms in all material respects to the Request for Proposals, Invitation to Negotiate, or Competitive Solicitation and has the capability in all respects to fully perform the contract requirements and the integrity and reliability that will assure good faith performance. In determining whether an entity or individual is a Responsive and Responsible Bidder (or Vendor), the District may consider, in addition to factors described in the Invitation to Bid, Request for Proposals, Invitation to Negotiate, or Competitive Solicitation, the following:

  • DMA Customer means a Customer of a Sponsoring Broker where representatives of the Customer that are natural persons are designated by the Sponsoring Broker to have Trading Access to the SEF Platform using the Participant ID of the Sponsoring Broker and where such Customer signs the DMA Customer Documentation.

  • Responsible public entity means a public entity that has the power to develop or operate the applicable qualifying project.

  • Responsible Officer means, when used with respect to the Trustee, any officer within the corporate trust department of the Trustee, including any vice president, assistant vice president, assistant secretary, assistant treasurer, trust officer or any other officer of the Trustee who customarily performs functions similar to those performed by the Persons who at the time shall be such officers, respectively, or to whom any corporate trust matter is referred because of such person’s knowledge of and familiarity with the particular subject and who shall have direct responsibility for the administration of this Indenture.

  • Eligible customer-generator means a customer-generator whose net energy metering system for renewable resources, cogeneration, fuel cells, and microturbines meets all applicable safety and performance standards.

  • Servicer’s Report means any report of the Servicer delivered pursuant to Section 3.1(a) of the Administration Agreement, substantially in the form acceptable to the Administrator.

  • End-Use Customer means a person or entity in Delaware that purchases electrical energy at retail prices from a Retail Electricity Supplier.

  • Lowest responsible bidder means the Bidder submitting Lowest Responsible Bid.
