Responsibility for Costs. Any costs involved in services provided by a Medical Review Officer, which are required by the Federal Regulations, shall be paid by the Employer. Any cost that is incurred by an employee for their treatment by a Substance Abuse Professional due to being referred as a result of a positive alcohol and/or drug test, will be paid by the employee.
