Response Services means up to two (2) visits per Unit per Initial Term or Extended Term, as applicable, to the relevant Customer Delivery Location(s) stated on the Order Form on the request of the Customer to (i) inspect the Unit which is suspected to be no longer in Good Working Order.

Services means those functional services ancillary to the supply of the goods, such as transportation and any other incidental services, such as installation, commissioning, provision of technical assistance, training, catering, gardening, security, maintenance and other such obligations of the supplier covered under the contract.
