Response Forms definition

Response Forms means the Short Form Response Forms issued by the Principal as part of this Invitation Process. Site means the site at which the Supply is to be delivered or performed. Supply means the goods, services and works, as applicable, that are being procured pursuant to this ITO, as described in the Principal’s Requirements.
Response Forms means the forms attached hereto in Section 2 and submitted as the response to this RFI.

Examples of Response Forms in a sentence

  • Restrictions and instructions regarding price adjustments are provided in the Bid Response Forms.

  • To submit price adjustments as part of your Bid, you must: (1) comply with any limitations or instructions that are stated in this ITB; and (2) state very clearly in the Pricing Sheet of your Bid Response Forms the proposed price adjustments or, if permitted, the price adjustment formula.

  • Option 9 on the Attachment 3, Generic Requirements Status and Registrant's Response Forms and Instructions Form).

  • Option 8 on the Attachment 3, Generic Requirements Status and Registrant's Response Forms and Instructions Form) Section 3(c)(2)(A) of FIFRA requires EPA to consider the appropriateness of requiring data for low volume, minor use pesticides.

  • Data waivers are discussed in Section III-D of this Notice and are covered by options 8 and 9 on the Attachment 3, Generic Requirements Status and Registrant's Response Forms and Instructions Form.

  • If you wish to amend your registration to delete uses, you must submit the Attachment 3, Generic Requirements Status and Registrant's Response Forms and Instructions Form, a completed application for amendment, a copy of your proposed amended labeling, and all other information required for processing the application.

  • Use deletion is option number 7 on the Attachment 3, Generic Requirements Status and Registrant's Response Forms and Instructions Form.

  • If you claim a generic data exemption, you are not required to complete the Attachment 3, Generic Requirements Status and Registrant's Response Forms and Instructions Form.

  • You are required to submit the data or otherwise satisfy the data requirements specified in Attachment 3, Generic Requirements Status and Registrant's Response Forms and Instructions Form, within the time frames provided.

  • The data required by this Notice are specified in the Attachment 3, Generic Requirements Status and Registrant's Response Forms and Instructions Form.

  • Response Notice is defined in Section 14.3(b)(ii).

  • Response Deadline means 60 days after the Administrator mails Notice to Class Members and Aggrieved Employees, and shall be the last date on which Class Members may: (a) fax, email, or mail Requests for Exclusion from the Settlement, or (b) fax, email, or mail his or her Objection to the Settlement. Class Members to whom Notice Packets are resent after having been returned undeliverable to the Administrator shall have an additional 14 calendar days beyond the Response Deadline has expired.

  • Response Date has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.22(a).

  • Response Period has the meaning set forth in Section 9.6(a).

  • Non-responsive Bid means a bid, which is not submitted as per the instructions to the bidders or Earnest Money Deposit has not been attached, or the required data has not been provided with the Bid or intentional errors have been committed in the Bid.

  • Responding state means a state in which a petition or comparable pleading for support or to determine parentage of a child is filed or to which a petition or comparable pleading is forwarded for filing from another state or a foreign country.

  • Rejection Notice has the meaning specified in Section 2.05(b)(v).

  • OJEU Notice means the contract notice published in the Official Journal of the European Union.

  • Response Action means the investigation, cleanup, removal, remediation, containment, control, abatement, monitoring of or any other response action to the presence of Regulated Substances or Contamination in, on, at, under or emanating from the Stadium Site, including the correction or abatement of any violation required pursuant to Environmental Laws or by a Governmental Authority.

  • Responsive bidder means a person who has submitted a bid that conforms in all material respects

  • Short Form Notice means the summary Class Notice that is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit 2, which the Parties acknowledge may be modified by the Court without affecting the enforceability of this Agreement.

  • Long Form Notice means the form of notice that shall be posted on the Settlement Website created by the Settlement Administrator and shall be available to Settlement Class members by mail on request made to the Settlement Administrator in the form attached as Exhibit 2.

  • Future Response Costs means all costs, including, but not limited to, direct and indirect costs, that the United States incurs in reviewing or developing deliverables submitted pursuant to this CD, in overseeing implementation of the Work, or otherwise implementing, overseeing, or enforcing this CD, including, but not limited to, payroll costs, contractor costs, travel costs, laboratory costs, the costs incurred pursuant to ¶ 11 (Emergencies and Releases), ¶ 12 (Community Involvement) (including the costs of any technical assistance grant under Section 117(e) of CERCLA, 42 U.S.C. § 9617(e)), ¶ 32 (Access to Financial Assurance), Section VII (Remedy Review), Section VIII (Property Requirements) (including the cost of attorney time and any monies paid to secure or enforce access or land, water, or other resource use restrictions and/or to secure, implement, monitor, maintain, or enforce Institutional Controls including the amount of just compensation), and Section XIV (Dispute Resolution), and all litigation costs. Future Response Costs shall also include all Interim Response Costs, [and] all Interest on those Past Response Costs SDs have agreed to pay under this CD that has accrued pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 9607(a) during the period from [insert the date identified in the Past Response Costs definition] to the Effective Date [include the following text if ATSDR is currently conducting activities or anticipates doing so in the future: , and Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry (ATSDR) costs regarding the Site].

  • Notice of Completion means a document issued by the Department or Delegated Agency at the end of project construction when all items and conditions of the approved Sediment and Stormwater Management Plan have been satisfied, post construction verification documents demonstrate that the stormwater management systems have been constructed in accordance with the approved Sediment and Stormwater Management Plan, and final stabilization of disturbed areas on the site has been achieved.

  • Response means the material submitted by the respondent in answering the solicitation.

  • Response Costs means all costs, including, but not limited to, direct and indirect costs, that the United States incurs in monitoring and supervising Respondents’ performance of the Work to determine whether such performance is consistent with the requirements of this Order, including costs incurred in reviewing deliverables submitted pursuant to this Order, as well as costs incurred in overseeing implementation of this Order, including, but not limited to, payroll costs, contractor costs, travel costs, and laboratory costs.]

  • Direct response solicitation means a solicitation through a sponsoring or endorsing entity or individually solely through mails, telephone, the Internet or other mass communication media.

  • Notice of Motion means a notice setting out the text of a motion, which it is proposed to move at the next relevant meeting;

  • Responsive and Responsible Bidder means an entity or individual that has submitted a bid that conforms in all material respects to the Invitation to Bid and has the capability in all respects to fully perform the contract requirements and the integrity and reliability that will assure good faith performance. “Responsive and Responsible Vendor” means an entity or individual that has submitted a proposal, reply, or response that conforms in all material respects to the Request for Proposals, Invitation to Negotiate, or Competitive Solicitation and has the capability in all respects to fully perform the contract requirements and the integrity and reliability that will assure good faith performance. In determining whether an entity or individual is a Responsive and Responsible Bidder (or Vendor), the District may consider, in addition to factors described in the Invitation to Bid, Request for Proposals, Invitation to Negotiate, or Competitive Solicitation, the following:

  • Interim Response Costs means all costs, including but not limited to direct and indirect costs, (a) paid by the United States in connection with the Site between [insert date identified in Past Response Costs definition] and the Effective Date, or (b) incurred prior to the Effective Date, but paid after that date.]

  • Notice of Dissatisfaction means the notice given by either Party to the other indicating its dissatisfaction and intention to commence arbitration.

  • Responsive Bid means a Bid that complies with each of the provisions of this RFB, or is either an alternative bid or a bid with an exception, if accepted by the Agency.

  • Review Package A package of documents consisting of a memorandum outlining the analysis and recommendation (in accordance with the Servicing Standard) of the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as the case may be, with respect to the matters that are the subject thereof, and copies of all relevant documentation.

  • CAFA Notice means the notice of this Settlement to be served upon State and Federal authorities as required by the Class Action Fairness Act of 2005, 28 U.S.C. § 1715.

  • Notice of Tender means, in connection with an Optional Tender, a notice, substantially in the form attached to the Tender and Paying Agent Agreement, delivered by a Beneficial Owner or its Agent Member to the Tender and Paying Agent, indicating an intention to tender VRDP Shares for sale on a Purchase Date pursuant to Section 1 of Part II of this Statement.

  • Responder means a vendor who responds to a Solicitation.
