Response Area definition

Response Area means the area or activities defined by law or by the FOSC or SOSC, as applicable, for a particular Spill Events.
Response Area means the area where response activities are occurring or will be occurring as designated and approved by the Incident Commander or Unified Command within the incident action plan. Response area may include, but is not limited to, the location(s) of temporary storage sites and areas associated with a response vessels or other vehicle routes to such sites.
Response Area means the areas of the participating municipalities, as described in Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of this agreement.

  • All Marine Spill Response Services performed by a Providing Party pursuant to this Agreement must be performed at such locations within the relevant Response Area, and at such times as directed by the Requesting Party, as specified by other applicable governmental contingency and response plans and officials, and otherwise in the general manner in any reasonable and lawful request by Requesting Party in conjunction with its overall Incident response activity.
