Resource Plans definition

Resource Plans means the description of (i) a Party’s personnel to be allocated to the Panther Development Program, including the name of the specific personnel or the qualification or grade of unidentified personnel, and dedicated amount of time and periods for the commitment of such personnel required for the Panther Development Program, and (ii) equipment, tools, software, or other special items, the purchase, license or leasing of which is specifically required for use by such personnel to support the Panther Development Program. The Resource Plans may be amended from time to time in accordance with the provisions of Section 3 below. The Resource Plans, as they may be amended from time to time, shall be retained in a secure electronic folder accessible by both Parties.
Resource Plans means long-term plans for the resource adequacy of specific loads based on customer demand and energy requirements.

Examples of Resource Plans in a sentence

  • QSEs representing only WGRs shall update their Resource Plans and schedules to reflect the expected wind-powered generation production after the close of the RPRS market.

  • ERCOT shall provide forecasts for each WGR to the QSEs representing WGRs and shall deliver the forecasts before RPRS procurements to allow the QSEs to update the WGR Resource Plans.

  • ERCOT will monitor the performance of QSEs with respect to the submission of accurate Resource Plans in accordance with the measures established in Section 4.10, Resource Plan Performance Metrics.

Related to Resource Plans

  • Source Protection Plan means a drinking water source protection plan prepared under the Clean Water Act, 2006;

  • Stormwater management plan means the set of drawings and other documents that comprise all the information and specifications for the programs, drainage systems, structures, BMPs, concepts and techniques intended to maintain or restore quality and quantity of stormwater runoff to pre-development levels.

  • Safety Plan means a written document that has procedures, requirements, or standards related to safety which the pool staff shall follow. The safety plan shall include training and emergency response procedures.

  • Conservation Plan means a document that outlines how a project site will be managed using best management practices to avoid potential negative environmental impacts.

  • Parent Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4(c).

  • CAISO Global Resource ID means the number or name assigned by the CAISO to the CAISO-Approved Meter.

  • Reclamation plan means a plan submitted by an applicant for a permit which sets forth a plan for reclamation of the proposed surface coal mining operations pursuant to subsection 2 of section 38-14.1-14.

  • State implementation plan or “SIP” means the plan adopted by the state of Iowa and approved by the Administrator which provides for implementation, maintenance, and enforcement of such primary and secondary ambient air quality standards as they are adopted by the Administrator, pursuant to the Act.

  • Transition Plan means a transition plan, acceptable to the LHIN that indicates how the needs of the HSP’s clients will be met following the termination of this Agreement and how the transition of the clients to new service providers will be effected in a timely manner; and

  • Health and Safety Plan means a documented plan which addresses hazards identified and includes safe work procedures to mitigate, reduce or control the hazards identified;

  • Compensation Plans shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.8(b).

  • Management Plan means a plan to manage the activities and protect the special value or values in an Antarctic Specially Protected Area or an Antarctic Specially Managed Area.

  • Maintenance Plan means a maintenance plan pursuant to N.J.A.C. 7:8-5.2(b) and 5.8 prepared by the design engineer for the stormwater management measures incorporated into the design of a major development.
