Resort Operations definition

Resort Operations means the persons and entities that operate and maintain the resort properties and Resort Support Facilities.
Resort Operations means (a) all activities and operations of Tenant or any lessee, sublessee, licensee, franchisee or other user of every kind and nature for, relating to or in the support of (i) the on-mountain activities of snowsliding, mountain biking and mountain hiking or (ii) other recreational activities conducted or required by this Agreement to be conducted on any or all of the Real Property and the National Forest System Lands; (b) sales of Lift tickets; (c) Competitive Rentals; and (d) central reservations (without regard to where central reservations are conducted and whether it is central reservations for activities or housing, but only to the extent relating to activities or accommodations in Grand County, Colorado excluding any activities or accommodations that are conducted or owned by Tenant or an affiliate of Tenant that are located outside the Winter Park Resort and outside the Purchased Developable Land).
Resort Operations means all of the Land and the Leased Improvements and the operation of the Businesses thereon.

Related to Resort Operations

  • Joint Operations means all operations necessary or proper for the development, operation, protection and maintenance of the Joint Property.

  • Exploration Operations means operations conducted in the Contract Area pursuant to this Contract in searching for Petroleum and in the course of an Appraisal Programme and shall include but not be limited to aerial, geological, geophysical, geochemical, palaeontological, palynological, topographical and seismic surveys, analysis, studies and their interpretation, investigations relating to the subsurface geology including structural test drilling, stratigraphic test drilling, drilling of Exploration Xxxxx and Appraisal Xxxxx and other related activities such as surveying, drill site preparation and all work necessarily connected therewith that is conducted in connection with Petroleum exploration.

  • Hotels means the hotel properties described in Exhibit A hereto, as it may be amended from time to time by mutual agreement of Lessee and Operator to add hotel properties or to delete hotel properties as a result of termination of this Agreement with respect to one or more hotel properties pursuant to the termination provisions set forth in this Agreement. “Hotel” shall mean any hotel set forth on Exhibit A as it may be amended from time to time.

  • Resort Complex means the hotel, convention centre/theatre restaurant, exhibition centre, recreation and other facilities and the Burswood Casino established or to be established on the Site pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and includes, if and when constructed, Stage 2 but does not include, on and from the date specified in an order made under section 21F(1b) of the Control Act, any of the foregoing which are by the order excluded from the operation of this Agreement;

  • Resort Site means those parts of Burswood Island as are‑

  • Operations means all the activities conducted by PURCHASER under this contract, including project work, logging, or post harvest activities; or the furnishing of all materials, equipment, labor, and incidentals necessary to successfully complete any individual item or the entire contract.
