Resolution Institute definition

Resolution Institute means the dispute resolution organisation of that name. Sensitive Heritage Information means culturally sensitive information about Aboriginal Sites or Aboriginal Objects, provided by or on behalf of the Native Title Group during the course of or in relation to a Survey, including where such information is contained in any Survey Report.

Resolution Institute means Resolution Institute ABN 69 008 651 232, an Australasian not-for-profit membership organisation that promotes alternative dispute resolution including mediation.

  • If the dispute is referred to mediation, the mediation must be conducted in terms of the Resolution Institute Australia Standard Mediation Agreement.

  • For the purposes of SOPA, the parties agree that the authorised nominating authority to whom any adjudication application may be made is the Resolution Institute ABN 69 008 651 232.

Resolution Institute means the alternate dispute resolution body of that name (and formerly known as the Institute of Arbitrators and Mediators Australia and LEADR), or its replacement from time to time.
