Resignation from Positions. Upon termination of the Executive’s employment with the Company for any reason, the Executive shall, as may be requested by the Company, resign from any position he then holds as an officer, director or fiduciary of the Company or any Company-related entity. In furtherance of the foregoing, the Executive shall execute and deliver to the Company any letters, documents and other instruments necessary or appropriate to effect such resignation.
Resignation from Positions. Upon Executive’s cessation of employment with the Company for any reason, Executive agrees that Executive shall be deemed to have resigned as an officer and as a director (if applicable) from the Company and every subsidiary of the Company on which Executive is then serving as an officer or director, and from any other entity or company on which Executive is then serving as a director or officer at the request of the Company, in each case effective as of the date of Executive’s cessation of employment. In the event of Executive’s cessation of employment, Executive agrees to execute a general resignation resigning from all positions then held by Executive on every subsidiary of the Company and other entity or company on which Executive is then serving as a director or officer at the request of the Company. Executive hereby grants the corporate secretary of the Company an irrevocable power of attorney to execute on behalf of Executive all such resignations, documents and instruments and to take all such other actions as reasonably necessary to carry out the intention of this Section 19.
Resignation from Positions. Upon termination of Executive’s employment for any reason, Executive shall promptly (i) resign from all positions (including, without limitation, any management, officer or director position) with Sterling and its affiliates and (ii) relinquish any power of attorney, signing authority, trust authorization or bank account signatory authorization that Executive may hold on behalf of Sterling or its affiliates. Executive’s execution of this Agreement shall be deemed the grant by Executive to the officers of the Company and the Bank of a limited power of attorney to sign in Executive’s name and on Executive’s behalf such documentation as may be necessary or appropriate for the limited purposes of effectuating such resignations and relinquishments.
Resignation from Positions. Upon Executive’s cessation of employment with the Company for any reason, Executive agrees that Executive shall be deemed to have resigned as an officer and as a director from every entity and company of the UTi Group on which Executive is then serving as an officer or director, and any other entity or company on which Executive is then serving as a director or officer at the request of the Company or any other member of the UTi Group, in each case effective as of the Date of Termination. In addition, if (a) Executive gives the Company notice that either Executive desires to terminate this Agreement pursuant to Section 2 above or that Executive desires to terminate Executive’s employment pursuant to Section 6(f) above, or (b) the Company gives notice to Executive that the Company desires to terminate this Agreement pursuant to Section 2 above or that the Company desires to terminate Executive’s employment pursuant to Section 6(d) above, then in each case Executive agrees that at the request of either the Company or UTi Worldwide that Executive shall promptly resign, as requested by either the Company or UTi Worldwide, as an officer or director from every entity and company of the UTi Group on which Executive is then serving as an officer or director, and any other entity or company on which Executive is then serving as a director or officer at the request of the Company or UTi Worldwide. Executive hereby grants the corporate secretary of UTi Worldwide an irrevocable power of attorney to execute on behalf of Executive all such resignations and documents and instruments and take all such other actions as reasonably necessary to carry out the intention of this Section.
Resignation from Positions. Unless otherwise requested by the Company in writing, upon termination of employment, for whatever reason, Employee shall be deemed to have resigned from any and all titles, positions and appointments Employee holds with the Company, Xxxx’x Corporation or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates whether as an officer, director, employee, committee member, trustee or otherwise. Employee agrees to promptly execute such documents as the Company, in its sole discretion, shall reasonably deem necessary to effect such resignations.
Resignation from Positions. Effective as of 12:00 p.m. on the Separation Date, Employee hereby resigns his positions as President & Chief Executive Officer and from any other positions he might hold with EQT and its affiliates. While Employee agrees that the foregoing resignations are intended to be self-effectuating, Employee further agrees to execute any documentation that EQT determines necessary or appropriate to facilitate such resignations.
Resignation from Positions. Unless otherwise requested by the Board in writing, upon Employee’s termination of employment with the Company for any reason Employee shall automatically resign as of the Termination Date from all titles, positions and appointments Employee then holds with the Company, whether as an officer, director, trustee or employee (without any claim for compensation related thereto), and Employee hereby agrees to take all actions necessary to effectuate such resignations.
Resignation from Positions. Upon termination of this Agreement, Executive will immediately resign from the Board and from all other positions that Executive holds with the Company or its affiliates, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the parties. Executive agrees to cooperate with the Company to take all actions reasonably necessary or appropriate to effectuate his resignation from the Board and any other positions.
Resignation from Positions. Upon termination of this Agreement, Executive will immediately resign from all other positions that Executive holds with the Company or its affiliates, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the parties. Executive agrees to cooperate with the Company to take all actions reasonably necessary or appropriate to effectuate his resignation any other positions.

Upon Executive's cessation of employment with the Company or UTi Worldwide for any reason, Executive agrees that Executive shall be deemed to have resigned as an officer and as a director from every entity and company of the UTi Group on which Executive is then serving as an officer or director, and any other entity on which Executive is then serving as a director or officer at the request of the Company or UTi Worldwide, in each case effective as of the date of cessation of Executive's employment. Executive hereby grants the corporate secretary of UTi Worldwide an irrevocable power of attorney to execute on behalf of Executive such resignations as necessary to carry out the intention of this paragraph.
