Residual Proceeds definition

Residual Proceeds. With respect to a Contract that is not a Defaulted Contract and the related Equipment, the net proceeds (excluding Insurance Proceeds) of any sale, re-lease or re-rental (including any lease or rental renewal) or other disposition of such Equipment.
Residual Proceeds means the Cash remaining in the Liquidating Trust after (a) the liquidation of all of the assets of the Estate, (b) the payment of all expenses and other obligations of the Liquidating Trust including, without limitation, the fees and expenses of the Liquidating Agent and the fees and expenses of attorneys and other professionals retained by the Liquidating Agent, and (c) the payment of the amounts required to be paid to holders of Allowed Claims pursuant to the terms of the Liquidating Trust Agreement and the Plan.
Residual Proceeds. With respect to any Contract or any item of Equipment, the net proceeds for the sale, re-lease or other disposition of the equipment upon the expiration, or early termination, of the term of such Contract.

  • As described in Note 3 to the Partnership’s condensed consolidated financial statements, Net Interest Income representing contingent interest and Net Residual Proceeds representing contingent interest (Tier 2 income) will be distributed 75% to the limited partners and BUC holders, as a class, and 25% to the General Partner.

Residual Proceeds means, with respect to any Contract that is not a Defaulted Contract and the related Equipment, the net proceeds (including Insurance Proceeds) of any sale, present value of rent streams to be received for a release (including any lease renewal) or other disposition of such Equipment.

Residual Proceeds means, as to a Contract, all Contract Receivables and monetary value received by Borrower, net of any out of pocket costs incurred in connection with obtaining such Contract Receivables and monetary value, after all of the obligations of the Obligor during the originally scheduled term of the Contract (including the payment of all taxes and charges relating to the Equipment) have been paid in full, including net proceeds realized from the sale, re-lease or rental of the Equipment or the renewal or extension of the Contract.
Residual Proceeds means the net proceeds resulting from (a) the sale, exchange or other event resulting in the voluntary or involuntary disposition of all or substantially all of the Property, (b) the refinancing of any mortgage loan, and/or (c) the release of cash (pursuant to the discretionary decision of the Manager) from any previously established contingency allowance that was originally funded with Residual Proceeds.
