Residual Prepayments definition

Residual Prepayments at any date of determination with respect to a Terminated Lease, means the excess of (a) the payment related to the Terminated Lease over (b) the Discounted Present Value of the remaining Lease Payments related to the Terminated Lease as of the beginning of the Due Period relating to such date of determination (plus any amounts previously due and unpaid).
Residual Prepayments at any date with respect to a Terminated Lease, means the excess of (a) the payment related to the Terminated Lease over (b) the Discounted Present Value of the remaining Lease Payments of the Terminated Lease as of the immediately following Payment Date (plus any amounts previously due and unpaid).

Related to Residual Prepayments

  • Initial Prepayment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.2 of this Agreement.

  • Partial Prepayment Any payment of principal on a Mortgage Loan, other than a Full Prepayment, which is received in advance of its scheduled Due Date and is not accompanied by an amount of interest representing scheduled interest due on any date or dates in any month or months subsequent to the month of prepayment.

  • Principal Prepayment Any payment of principal or other recovery on a Mortgage Loan, including a recovery that takes the form of Liquidation Proceeds or Insurance Proceeds, which is received in advance of its scheduled Due Date and is not accompanied by an amount as to interest representing scheduled interest on such payment due on any date or dates in any month or months subsequent to the month of prepayment.

  • Optional Prepayment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.10.

  • Partial Prepayment Amount means the amount required to prepay a portion of the Annual Special Tax obligation for an Assessor’s Parcel as described in Section H.

  • Class B-4 Prepayment Percentage As to any Distribution Date, except as set forth in the next sentence, the percentage calculated by multiplying (i) the Subordinated Prepayment Percentage by (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B-4 Principal Balance (determined as of the Determination Date preceding such Distribution Date) and the denominator of which is the sum of the Principal Balances of the Classes of Class B Certificates eligible to receive principal distributions for such Distribution Date in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.01(d).   • Prepayment Penalty With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the amount of any premium or penalty required to be paid by the Mortgagor if the Mortgagor prepays such Mortgage Loan as provided in the related Mortgage Note or Mortgage.

  • ECF Prepayment Amount has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.11(b)(i).

  • Prepayment Charges Any prepayment premium or charge payable by a Mortgagor in connection with any Principal Prepayment on a Mortgage Loan pursuant to the terms of the related Mortgage Note or Mortgage, as applicable.

  • Net Aggregate Prepayment Interest Shortfall With respect to any Distribution Date, the amount, if any, by which (a) the aggregate of all Prepayment Interest Shortfalls incurred in connection with the receipt of Principal Prepayments on the Mortgage Loans during the related Due Period, exceeds (b) the aggregate amount deposited by the Master Servicer in the Certificate Account for such Distribution Date pursuant to Section 3.19 in connection with such Prepayment Interest Shortfalls.

  • Subordinated Prepayment Percentage As to any Distribution Date, 100% minus the Senior Prepayment Percentage for such Distribution Date.
