Residual Interest Amount definition

Residual Interest Amount means an amount equal to the sum of the present value, discounted at an annual rate of the Initial Risk Interest Spread, of each of the scheduled payments of the Interest Spread Amount that would have been payable for the remaining portion of the relevant Accrual Period days during the period from the Payment Date when the Outstanding Principal Amount (including the effect of any Principal Reduction to the Series 2014-2 Notes on such date) has been reduced to zero to and excluding the first anniversary date of the Effective Date.
Residual Interest Amount means an amount, if any, equal to the sum of the present values, discounted at the most recently determined ISDA Rate (provided, that such rate may not be lower than zero percent) of each of the scheduled payments of accrued interest (but only to the extent such interest would have accrued based on a rate of interest equal to (i) for any day on or prior to August 4, 2018, the applicable Risk Margin, or (ii) for any day after August 4, 2018, zero (0)) that would have been payable from and including the first day of the Interest Accrual Period beginning on the first Interest Payment Date when all Principal Reductions have reduced the Outstanding Nominal Amount to zero through and including the last day of the Interest Accrual Period ending on the Interest Payment Date falling in August 2018.
Residual Interest Amount means, with respect to each Class of Notes, an amount equal to the present value, discounted at LIBOR, of all the scheduled payments of the Interest Spread that would have been payable on each Payment Date following that Payment Date through and including the fourth Payment Date following the Closing Date.

More Definitions of Residual Interest Amount

Residual Interest Amount. With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of (i) the Residual Excess Interest Amount for such Distribution Date and (ii) any unpaid Residual Excess Interest Amounts from prior Distribution Dates.
Residual Interest Amount means (i) the amount calculated by the Calculation Agent by applying the relevant Residual Interest Rate to an amount equal to the relevant Outstanding Principal Amount represented by such Minimum Denomination or Authorised Integral Amount, as applicable, multiplying the product by the actual number of days in the Payment Period concerned, divided by 360 and rounding the resultant figure to the nearest €0.01 (€0.005 being rounded upwards) plus (ii) in respect of the first Payment Period only, an amount calculated by the Calculation Agent by applying the Class B Fixed Rate of Interest (for this purpose the Cash Current Interest Rate shall be deemed to be zero) to an amount equal to the relevant Outstanding Principal Amount represented by such Minimum Denomination or Authorised Integral Amount, as applicable, and multiplying the product by the actual number of days from (and including) 5 March 2008 to (but excluding) the Issue Date, divided by 360 and rounding the resultant figure to the nearest €0.01 (€0.005 being rounded upwards).

  • Actual Interest Amount is defined in Section 3.1(b)(vii) of this Agreement.

  • REMIC II Distribution Amount shall not cause a reduction in the Class Principal Balances of any of the REMIC II Regular Interests; and

  • Daily Interest Amount means an amount calculated by multiplying the Daily Loan Balance of a Loan by the associated Daily Interest Rate on that Loan.

  • Advance Interest Amount means interest payable on Advances, as specified in the Servicing Agreement or Non-Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement, as applicable.

For any Distribution Date, with respect to the Class R-2 Residual Interest, any portion of the REMIC II Available Distribution Amount remaining after all distributions of the REMIC II Available Distribution Amount pursuant to the definition of “REMIC II Distribution Amount” (other than the distribution pursuant to the last clause thereof). For any Distribution Date, with respect to the Class R-3 Residual Interest and for Loan Group 1 and Loan Group 2, any portion of the REMIC III Available Distribution Amount for Loan Group 1 and Loan Group 2, respectively, remaining after all distributions of such REMIC III Available Distribution Amount pursuant to clauses (I)(A), (I)(B), (I)(C), (II)(A) and (II)(B), as applicable, of the definition of “REMIC III Distribution Amount” (other than the distributions pursuant to the last subclause of clauses (I)(C), (II)(A) and (II)(B)). Upon termination of the obligations created by this Agreement and liquidation of REMIC I, REMIC II and REMIC III, the amounts which remain on deposit in the Certificate Account after payment to the Holders of the REMIC III Regular Interests of the amounts set forth in Section 9.01 of this Agreement, and subject to the conditions set forth therein, shall be distributed to the Class R-1, Class R-2 and Class R-3 Residual Interests in accordance with the preceding sentences of this definition as if the date of such distribution were a Distribution Date.

  • REMIC III Distribution Amount The REMIC III Available Distribution Amount for any Distribution Date shall be distributed to the Certificates and the Class R-3 Residual Interest in the following amounts and priority:

  • PIK Interest Amount means, in respect of any Interest Payment Date, the amount of interest accrued during an Interest Period calculated based on the PIK Interest Rate applicable during such Interest Period.

  • Optimal Interest Remittance Amount For each Distribution Date, the product of (A) (x) the weighted average of the Net Mortgage Rates for the Mortgage Loans as of the first day of the related Collection Period divided by (y) 12 and (B) the Aggregate Loan Balance as of the first day of the related Collection Period (not including for this purpose Mortgage Loans for which prepayments in full have been received and distributed in the month prior to that Distribution Date).

  • Class A Noteholders’ Distribution Amount means, for any distribution date, the sum of the Class A Noteholders’ Interest Distribution Amount and the Class A Noteholders’ Principal Distribution Amount for that distribution date.
