  • If within two (2) years after the second notice all affected Certificates shall not have been surrendered for cancellation, the related Residual Certificateholders shall be entitled to all unclaimed funds and other assets of the Trust Fund that remain subject hereto and the Securities Administrator shall release such funds upon written direction.
