Residual Certificateholder definition

Residual Certificateholder means each person in whose name a Residual Pass-through Certificate is registered on the Certificate Register.
Residual Certificateholder. As set forth in Exhibit I to the Declaration of Trust.
Residual Certificateholder means each person in whose name a Residual Pass-through Certificate is registered on the Certificate Register. “Residual Pass-through Certificate” has the meaning assigned to such term in the Trust Agreement.
