Residential sewage means sewage having the constituency and strength typical of wastewater from domestic households.
Residential sewage means sewage having the constituency and ((strength)) quality typical of ((wastewater from domestic house- holds)) residential septic tank effluent consistent with treatment level E identified in Table III in WAC 246-272A-0110.
