Residential Lands definition

Residential Lands means any lands zoned "Residential" in accordance with the provisions of any zoning by-laws of the Town of Pelham;
Residential Lands means, collectively, those lands and premises set out in Schedule 1 of the Purchase and Sale Agreement and includes lands to be used for residential and mixed residential and commercial uses;
