Residential Garage definition

Residential Garage means a building for housing automobiles.
Residential Garage means that portion of the Parking Garage to be constructed by Landlord pursuant to the terms of the MOA on the Full Rights Parcel.
Residential Garage means a structure whether or not attached which is ancillary to a dwelling and which is used for the parking and storage of vehicles owned and operated by the residents of such dwelling.
