residential flat definition

residential flat means a flat which is permitted to be used pursuant to the Planning Act (Cap. 232) or any other written law wholly for the purpose of human habitation, and “non- residential flat” means any flat other than a residential flat;
residential flat means a residential flat in the building or buildings erected or to be erected on the Lot and to which an undivided share or undivided shares of and in the Lot has or have been allocated.

  • Residential care home means any home, establishment, or
