All first-year students who receive an assignment within a Residential College but did not preference that Residential College in their application will be held to a one-year housing contract.
All first-year students who apply for housing in the Spring term and preference a Residential College and receive an assignment in a Residential College they preferenced will be required to live on campus the subsequent academic year.
