Resident Project Representative definition

Resident Project Representative means the authorized representative of the Owner who is assigned to the Project site or any part thereof.
Resident Project Representative or “ CM Agent” means Burns & McDonnell Engineering Company, Inc., a Missouri Corporation, or its duly authorized representatives. The authorized representative of Owner who is assigned to the construction Site or any part thereof.

Resident Project Representative means an authorized representative of CONSULTANT on the Project. A Certificate of Final Inspection must be issued for Substantial Completion to be achieved, however, the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy or the date thereof is not to be determinative of the achievement or date of Substantial Completion.
