Resident Agent means any person or business entity, however organized, appointed by an Owner, who shall be responsible for compliance with this Ordinance and who shall have the authority to receive communications, service of process, summons, notices, and other legal process in behalf of the Owner.
Resident Agent means an individual residing in this State or a Maryland corporation or limited liability company whose name, address, and designation as a resident agent are filed or recorded with the Department in accordance with the provisions of this article.

Resident Agent means any person or business entity located or residing within Reno County, Kansas, who has been authorized to carry out transactions, as required under this Article, on behalf of the Owner.
