Reserves for Capital Expenditures definition

Reserves for Capital Expenditures means, with respect to any Storage Property for any period, an amount equal to (a) the aggregate leasable square footage of all completed space of such Property multiplied by (b) $0.15 per square foot multiplied by (c) the number of days actually elapsed during such period divided by (d) 365.
Reserves for Capital Expenditures means, with respect to any Real Estate Asset, an amount equal to (a) the aggregate leasable square footage of all completed space of such Real Estate Asset, multiplied by (b) $0.15.

Reserves for Capital Expenditures means, with respect to:
Reserves for Capital Expenditures means for any period with respect to the Project at the end of such period, an amount equal to (a) the aggregate leasable square footage of all space in the Improvements times (b) $0.10.
