Reserve Fund Amount definition

Reserve Fund Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, the amount on deposit in and available for withdrawal from the Reserve Fund on such Payment Date (after giving effect to all deposits to and withdrawals from the Reserve Fund on the preceding Payment Date (or, in the case of the first Payment Date, the Closing Date), including all interest and other investment earnings (net of losses and investment expenses) earned on such amount on deposit therein during the related Collection Period.

Reserve Fund Amount means, on each Guarantor Payment Date, an amount calculated by the Guarantor Calculation Agent as being equal to the sum of:
