Reserve Deficiency Account definition

Reserve Deficiency Account means an interest bearing reserve account to be maintained with the Agent into which Cash shall be deposited from time to time for purposes of eliminating any Reserve Deficiency.
Reserve Deficiency Account shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.07 hereof.
