Reservation System Fee definition
Reservation System Fee means the fee Licensee must pay to Licensor representing Licensee’s share of the costs and expenses of the Reservation System, including development and incremental operating costs, ongoing maintenance, field support costs, and a reasonable return on capital.
Reservation System Fee means the fee Franchisee must pay to Franchisor representing the Hotel’s share of the costs and expenses of the Reservation System, including development and incremental operating costs, ongoing maintenance, field support costs, and a reasonable return on capital.
