Reservation List means the list maintained by the Borrower (i) comprised of names of those individuals who have made the deposit required to reserve an Independent Living Unit, an Assisted Living Unit or a Nursing Bed for eventual occupancy and have not obtained a refund of such deposit or cancelled (or given a notice of cancellation of) such reservation and (ii) reflecting the applicable Entrance Fee, the amount of the deposit paid, the amount due upon move-in and the Monthly Service Fee.

Examples of Reservation List in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the termination of the AIA Agreement, the Temporary Exclusion List and the Sensitive List to the AIA Agreement shall apply to the liberalisation provisions of the ACIA, mutatis mutandis, until such time that the Reservation List of ACIA comes into force.

Related to Reservation List
