  • When concurrent benefits are not allowed, the Department sends a decision notice (see OAR 461-001-0000) of ineligibility for the ERDC program and the filing group is not placed on the Child Care Reservation List.

Reservation List means the list maintained by the Borrower (i) comprised of names of those individuals who have made the deposit required to reserve an Independent Living Unit, an Assisted Living Unit or a Nursing Bed for eventual occupancy and have not obtained a refund of such deposit or cancelled (or given a notice of cancellation of) such reservation and (ii) reflecting the applicable Entrance Fee, the amount of the deposit paid, the amount due upon move-in and the Monthly Service Fee.
