  • All sales of Products to distributors in NetWolves' Reseller Program shall be pursuant to the pricing schedule set forth on Appendix D, or as amended from time to time at NetWolves' option.

  • Each party agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the other from and against loss, suit, damage or claim, including reasonable attorney fees and costs, arising out of or in connection with participation in the Reseller Program.
