Reseller Partner definition

Reseller Partner means any third-party company duly authorized by Expel to resell its Services to Customers.
Reseller Partner means a Reseller Prospect who has received Acceptance (until such time this Agreement is terminated in accordance with Section 24(a)).
Reseller Partner means the corporation whose name is listed as a counterparty to the Reseller Agreement.
