Reseller Order definition

Reseller Order means, if applicable, an order form issued by a Reseller and executed by Customer and the Reseller specifying the Services Customer is ordering from the Reseller.

More Definitions of Reseller Order

Reseller Order means the submission of information through groupSPARK that: (i) specifies the Services to be provided to an End-User Customer; (ii) provides deployment, implementation, scheduling and payment terms for those Services; (iii) reflects or incorporates the End-User Customer’s agreement to: a. Provider’s Terms of Service; and b. the Applicable Vendor Terms and Conditions; and (iv) any other terms and conditions concerning the Services, if any;
Reseller Order means supporting order executed by ServiceNow and Reseller or ServiceNow’s authorized distributor, as applicable.
Reseller Order means an instrument whereby Reseller provides HOC with all of the necessary information including, without limitation, the identity of the End User, the End User’s business and email addresses, as well as requirements and purposes concerning Software and HOC’s involvement as expected by the End User.
