Research Purpose definition

Research Purpose means the project of work specified in the Funding Proposal and Grant Award Letter and any modifications, deletions or expansions approved subsequently in writing by both parties;
Research Purpose means the project(s) and/or method(s) described in the Agreement Details or as otherwise agreed by NIWA in writing. Results means all information, results and data arising from the Research Purpose that is created or generated by or on behalf of the Recipient relating to the use of the Material for the Research Purpose. Specimens means the whole animals, tissue samples, sub-samples or preparations provided by NIWA to the Recipient under this Agreement as detailed in the Agreement Details.
Research Purpose means any use for research purposes, other than “Commercial Purpose” and “GMP Production Purpose”.

Research Purpose means non-commercial research as set out in the EPIC-Norfolk Data Request Form in Appendix B.

Supply Use of Material and Data SJGHC agrees to supply the Material and Data to the Recipient for the Research Purpose on the following terms and conditions: SJGHC will deliver or assist in arranging for delivery of the Material and/or Data to the Recipient at the time and in the manner described in Item 5 of Schedule 1. The Recipient agrees to limit the use of the Material and Data so that it is used: only at the Location; only for the Research Purpose; only under the direction of the Recipient Personnel; and not for any commercial or profit-making business. The Recipient will: safeguard the Material and Data against disclosure to other parties; act in accordance with any directions from SJGHC as to the safeguarding of Material or Data; and ensure that the Material and Data remain clearly identifiable as being the property of SJGHC.

Related to Research Purpose

  • Research Use shall have the meaning given in Section 2.2.2 of this Agreement.

  • Collaboration has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Research Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Development Program means the implementation of the development plan.

  • Research Project means a discrete scientific endeavor to answer a research question or a set of research questions related to medical marijuana and is required for a medical marijuana research license.

  • Development Activities means those activities which have been approved for the Project as set out in the approved Plans and Specifications and, generally, activities that are normally undertaken for the development, construction, repair, renovation, rehabilitation or conversion of buildings for residential purposes and include the acquisition of property;

  • Commercialization or “Commercialize” means activities directed to marketing, promoting, research and development as required, manufacturing for sale, offering for sale, distributing, importing or selling a product, including sub-licensing or sub-contracting of these activities.

  • Research means a methodical investigation into a subject.

  • Development Phase means the period before a vehicle type is type approved.

  • Development Works means the external development works and internal development works on immovable property;

  • Research facility means buildings and structures, including machinery and equipment, used or to be used primarily for research or experimentation to improve or develop new tangible goods or materials or to improve or develop the production processes thereto.

  • Development Application means the development application identified in Item 5 of Schedule 1 and includes all plans, reports models, photomontages, material boards (as amended supplemented) submitted to the consent authority before the determination of that Development Application.
